Yes we know, Cate Blanchett reigns! But Keira Knightley is so way way up there, we can't help but fall in love with her! The buzz on Atonement and Ms. Knightley's haunting performance is still piping hot, but it seems Paramount Vantage wants to capitalize on the Keira-craze, so they tease us with a trailer of The Duchess. While cinematical posted this buzz ahead of many blogs, it's hard to 'snag' the AOL video (WTF, there's youtube!) So, here it is! - - - - - - More on the Duchess: A chronicle of the life of 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, duchess of Devonshire, an ancestor of Princess Diana who was alternately celebrated and reviled for her extravagant political and personal lives. Aside from Ms. Knigthley, it stars the legendary Charlotte Rampling (who we can't help but remember in Lumet's The Verdict with Paul Newman, among others of course, the actress is such a talent!) Rampling was also in Ozon's Angel, starring one of Keira's rival, the beautiful Romola Garai. Ralph Fiennes, Haley Atwell (coming up in Brideshead Revisited) Dominic Cooper (History Boys) also play important roles in The Duchess. |

Screenwriting for Hollywood is that unique blog that is filled with so many interesting and wonderful articles. What a perfect description from the blog's owner, Jaden: "Raw, sexy, sassy articles explore screenwriting, Hollywood, and life. The SfH website and services are geared to help people sell screenplays to Hollywood, while also encouraging an independent positive spirit."
